My leasing company had their HAVC people doing work for the new neighbors and somehow my unit AC got in the mix and we ended up with no air. This is what I explained to Omni on Friday after 5. I set up an appointment for their next appointment and they gave me Saturday morning. Everyone including the people who messed it up couldn’t come until Monday or Tuesday. Omni was there on time and he immediately figured out what was wrong. He went up on the roof and fixed what the other people said that they didn’t do which was “Turn my Power off” . So we had air for the business day. Thanks Omni for saving the day. Oh and I should add that their price was better as well. We are no looking forward to having them do some work at our home.

After calling other companies with no success, I called Omni around 1:30 pm on Sunday. Not only were they working that day, but a technician (Richard, I think) arrived at my house around 2:30 (his 10th call for the day and he had 5 more, he said), repaired my air conditioner, and left around 3:10. He was great--very friendly and knowledgeable--and I was thrilled!!
Squarebob Spongepants III2022-09-04Our AC compressor went out on the hottest day of the year around 7pm on a Saturday night on LaborDay weekend. We called several places and was able to get a next day appointment with Omni for the following afternoon. On Sunday morning around 9am, Richard showed up at our house and had our system back up and running in about 15 minutes. He said he was in the neighborhood and had time to take care of us. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional and we would definitely use them again!
